Our Services Packages
GOLD
Our Gold Service Package offers comprehensive coverage, including all-inclusive servicing and repairs, which encompass hearth replacement, refractory work, and the replacement of standard spare parts (excluding consumables). This package provides two service visits per year, with an additional third visit every third year. Additionally, an annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) is conducted during one of the service visits to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your equipment.
SILVER
Our Silver Service Package provides thorough maintenance, including full servicing with hearth replacement and the replacement of standard spare parts (excluding consumables). This package includes two service visits annually, with an additional third visit every third year. Additionally, an annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) is conducted during one of the service visits to ensure your equipment remains in peak condition.
BRONZE
Our Bronze Service Package includes comprehensive servicing twice per year, with an additional third visit every third year. Additionally, the package features an annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) conducted during one of the service visits, ensuring consistent performance and reliability of your equipment.
